Immerse yourself into a calming euphony of vibrational sounds, breath work, chanting, mantras and healing Reiki energy, that has been designed to support deep relaxation, calm your nervous system and bring nourishment to your mind, body & soul. Our guided sound bath meditation invites you to pause, slow your breath, quiet your mind and reconnect with your body through the healing blends of sounds & vibrations. Reiki energy will be gently infused throughout the session supporting your physical and emotional wellbeing.

Please bring a yoga mat or lounger, blanket, pillow, eye mask or anything else to make you feel comfortable and cosy.

Spaces are limited to maintain a supportive and calming environment.

At the beginning of the New Year I pause for a moment to take a breath, look back and gratefully thank you all for the journey we have shared together over the last year.

I am looking forward to everything that lies ahead for us in 2026. Thank you for being here with me 🤗

In the New Year I wish for all of us to enjoy the closeness and presence of those we love; not only to be next to each other but to enjoy those special moments of being present, laughing & crying together, talking, playing, having interesting discussions, reminiscing, planning, experiencing new adventures and sharing every day life, being kind and patient with each other, understanding & able to resolve any disputes with an open mind and humour.

I am so happy to share the news wlth you that as of this week, you can officially find me every Wednesday and most Saturdays 🌸

The rest of the week: Tuesday mornings, Thursdays and Fridays I am working at my other location in Dover, London Road.

The weather forecast is looking very promising for tomorrow's event that is happening in Walmer Castle in Kent 🌞🌻

I am so happy to be collaborating with + Ritika_yoga who will be running Yoga classes during the day, followed by Reflexology & Reiki taster sessions.

All of this will be happening in the beautiful Walmer Castle Gardens, Thursday 28th August..... I couldn't think of a better place where you can practise meditation & mindfulness, chant & breathe fresh air whilst stretching and being with Nature 🧘🌿🌞🌹

The first seated yoga session starts at 10.30 AM so please don't delay to book if you are thinking of coming along as booking is essential.
