We’re excited to invite women in Dover who are navigating perimenopause, menopause and beyond to a special free sauna session.
Sauna can help alleviate stress, improve sleep, boost circulation and support mental clarity, while providing a gentle space for connection, reflection and calm.
As part of the experience, you can also enjoy a cold water plunge, which complements the heat of the sauna. Alternating between hot and cold can invigorate the body, ease muscle tension and leave you feeling refreshed and revitalised.
We’ve removed the cost to make this experience accessible to everyone — because we believe the power of sauna should be available to all, not just those who can afford it.

Ever notice how it’s easier to open up when you’re warm and relaxed?
Saunas aren’t just good for your body — they’re great for your social life too. Sitting together without phones, without distractions, just sharing the heat… conversations flow more naturally.
In places like Finland, sauna time is community time. It’s where people catch up, unwind, and just be together. The warmth helps melt stress (and social awkwardness), making connection feel simple again.
Sometimes fighting isolation doesn’t mean doing more — it just means sitting closer

• Friday & Saturday shifts (+ extra hours possible, but not guaranteed)
