💙 Time for us to hand over the reins! 💙

After a wonderful 13 years we (Paul and Maddie) are moving on from Inchwater. We’ve loved seeing Inchwater grow into the business it is now, and have watched our fabulous staff learn, develop and thrive.

We’d like to say a big thank you to all of our staff past and present who have helped us achieve our “Outstanding” goal of delivering high quality bespoke care to people who need it.

We wish the Inchwater team every success moving forward ⭐️

💙 Standing Strong for Charlie 💙

Following our Charlie’s recent diagnosis of a rare form of cancer called osteosarcoma, a few of the boys in his friendship group at Mayflower High School have decided to do something truly brave and meaningful.

They’re shaving their heads to raise money for Teenage Cancer Trust, a charity that supports young people like Charlie through the toughest times of their lives.

This isn’t just about hair — it’s about hope, solidarity, and showing Charlie that he’s not facing this alone. Every donation, big or small, helps fund specialist care and support for teenagers battling cancer.

Let’s rally behind these incredible lads and show Charlie how much love and strength surrounds him. 💪💛

💙 Our Inchwater poppies have made it to the display at St Mary’s Church! 💙

💙 Congratulations to care giver Charlotte for passing her NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care! 💙

Registered Manager, Hazel Norton, said “Charlotte has excelled in her studies, and has evidenced a thorough knowledge of social care issues as well as the practical skills needed for a senior caregiver. She demonstrates her knowledge and skills on a daily basis in her practice, and is well-loved by her clients.”

This months challenge is to collect as many cereals as possible for Dover Foodbank. We have our collection box in the Inchwater offices!

A big hello to baby Dylan, born on the 10th of September at a cheerful 8lb 4 oz. Mum Lauren is doing well, and we look forward to seeing them both soon!

💙 We’ve created over 300 poppies! 💙

A really big thank you to everybody who has knitted or crocheted poppies for Inchwater, we gave over 300 to Dover’s Royal British Legion as part of their commemorative poppy cascade at St Mary’s parish church this November.

They need 10,000 to make their spectacular display, so please keep the creations coming in!
