Every year, here at Inchwater, our amazing caregivers help to raise funds through raffles, bake offs and many more fun events for our chosen charity of the year. This year we pleased to announce that we are raising money for a charity currently very close to our hearts as they have recently supported one of our own! 'The Teenage Cancer Trust.' Along side this wonderful charity, Inchwater will continue to collect donations for our local Dover Foodbank from their monthly lists of most required items. 💙 Time for us to hand over the reins! 💙

After a wonderful 13 years we (Paul and Maddie) are moving on from Inchwater. We’ve loved seeing Inchwater grow into the business it is now, and have watched our fabulous staff learn, develop and thrive.

We’d like to say a big thank you to all of our staff past and present who have helped us achieve our “Outstanding” goal of delivering high quality bespoke care to people who need it.

💙 Standing Strong for Charlie 💙

Following our Charlie’s recent diagnosis of a rare form of cancer called osteosarcoma, a few of the boys in his friendship group at Mayflower High School have decided to do something truly brave and meaningful.

They’re shaving their heads to raise money for Teenage Cancer Trust, a charity that supports young people like Charlie through the toughest times of their lives.

This isn’t just about hair — it’s about hope, solidarity, and showing Charlie that he’s not facing this alone. Every donation, big or small, helps fund specialist care and support for teenagers battling cancer.

Let’s rally behind these incredible lads and show Charlie how much love and strength surrounds him. 💪💛

Registered Manager, Hazel Norton, said “Charlotte has excelled in her studies, and has evidenced a thorough knowledge of social care issues as well as the practical skills needed for a senior caregiver. A big hello to baby Dylan, born on the 10th of September at a cheerful 8lb 4 oz. Mum Lauren is doing well, and we look forward to seeing them both soon!
