๐ฟPose Spotlight: Square Pose (Agnistambhasana)
We often flow through strength and stretch in vinyasa, but I love weaving in moments of deep stillness too, and Square Pose is one of my favourites for that.
Itโs that sweet spot where we pause the movement, take a deep breath, and let all that built-up tension from sitting, squatting, or just life melt away. Square Pose opens the hips, eases the lower back, and helps us slow down between all the strong, flowing parts of class.
Itโs a bit of a love/hate relationship for most of usโฆ but your hips will thank you later ๐
