So today I had my 2 shakes, this beautiful dinner, a banana and a few extra bits which I thoroughly enjoyed.. calories would've been higher but my protein target was definitely achieved.

I'm looking forward to seeing my stats on Tuesday morning.

This is one of the best advantages of tracking our stats.. we learn to be more mindful and it soon becomes normal to have a few strictly healthy days after an indulgent day 🥰🥰

This is the recipe to enjoy ourselves without feeling guilty or restricted! And once we get into the swing of it, it's really not too hard to keep up! 😀✅

Yes you really can eat chocolate cake and still lose weight... You can enjoy all food groups and be healthy and reach your goals.
