Suicide down to Zero Suicide Down to Zero was founded in 2014 in Northern Ireland. A suicide-safe world, where zero is the only acceptable number.

We work at community level to prevent suicide, reduce stigma, and support people to find help, hope, and connection.

Join Cycle Against Su***de for our Belfast Awareness Cycle on Saturday, May 16th, starting at The Pavilion, Stormont Estate. This inclusive cycle is open to everyone and shares a powerful message: there is no shame in asking for help.

Too many people are struggling in silence, and tragically, two out of every three su***des are men.

It is time to change that. Cycle with us, break the silence, and start the conversation.

Today is National Semicolon Day.

At Su***de Down to Zero (SDZ), we stand behind what the semicolon represents. A moment where things could have ended, but didn’t. A decision to keep going.

Mental health struggles are more common than many realise:

• 970 million people live with a mental illness
• 1 in 4 people will struggle with their mental health
• 800,000 people die by su***de every year

This day is about awareness, but also about action.

Check in on someone.
Listen without judgement.
Be there, even in small ways.

If you are struggling, your story is not over. There is still more to come.
