Through guided Yoga Nidra and immersive sound, you’ll be supported in releasing tension, restoring the nervous system and reconnecting with a sense of inner balance. A space to pause, reflect and realign as we step into a new season of growth.

Barre is a low impact, high-energy class blending Yoga, Pilates and ballet-esque moves open to everybody ✨

I have been teaching Barre for over 7 years and been a student of Barre for over 10 years. It is a firm favourite of mine to build strength, improve balance and sculpt your body through small, controlled movements that really work.

Whether you’re brand new or more experienced, everything can be adapted to meet you where you are.

Expect to feel the burn, move with intention and leave feeling stronger.

When it comes to wellness, it starts from within - recognising and honouring what your body and mind truly need. Not conforming to what society tells you, but learning to listen and support yourself in ways that feel good, sustainable and real.

We are all different and that’s the beauty of it. We’re not meant to look the same, move the same or live the same.

So stop chasing what you think you should be and come back to yourself.

Be present.

Know who you are.

And allow that to be enough.

That’s true wellness ❤️

This is 43 ✨

Leaning into another year of this beautiful life I get to live. Aging is such a privilege and I feel so grateful to be here living it.

Society tells us we need to achieve certain things by a certain age and look a certain way, but really, it’s all BS.

For me, aging is a gift one not everyone gets. We don’t know what our timeline is, so its important that we live a life we love and experience what truly brings us joy.

This year, I really do feel like 43 is a special one. I’m not quite sure why yet… but I can feel it. It’s going to be a good one.

4 reminders I’m carrying with me:

1. Live life on your terms - with no harm to yourself or others.
2. Live mindfully - be present in the moments you create.
3. Have more fun - spark joy every single day.
4. Be courageous - take the risks, especially when the outcome is unknown… and make it fun 🤩

Forever grateful.

~ For the first time putting your feet into straps can be daunting and funny all at once 🤣

The easiest and safest way to do it is to extend the legs with the feet against the footbar then take one foot at a time into the long loops. You can straighten one leg and push away whilst you then place the other loop around the other foot.

Its the best part of the class and I absolutely love it 🙌❤️
