Over 6 years ago I returned home after living in Dubai with the hope of building my dream in helping people live a healthy and sustainable life. Creating and opening Ankr & Flow 6 months ago has delivered more than my initial dream and its only the beginning. I have so much more to come.

Being able to support you with Reformer, Yoga, Barre and specialised workshops is more than I ever hoped for and to know that I have helped just one person is more than enough.
