We, the family of the late Geevarghese Varkey Attasseril (Thankachan) wish to pass on our sincere thanks and gratitude to family, friends and neighbours who sympathised with us during the sad loss of a devoted husband, father, brother and friend. Thanks to the Doctors and Nurses in Ulster Hospital and Belfast City Hospital who cared for him over the last few months and to all who attended to Varghese during his short illness, especially the ICU Nursing Team at both hospitals.
Thank you to those who attended the house and funeral and to those who sent cards and letters, thank you for your comforting words and kindness.
Thank you to Fr Benedict, Fr Lukose Kannimel, Fr, Shinu Angadyil, Fr Soju Thomas and Fr Eugene for the Requiem Mass. Special thanks to Abraham Thomas and Roshan John for the beautiful singing and music.
A special thanks to those who donated to Friends of the cancer centre.
