Do you spend your life worrying about what others think? Does it cause you anxiety? Do you think you are not “good enough”?

Think of a person who is incredibly special to you. That one person who you can be totally honest and open with. What do you think they would think of you in the situation? If necessary ask them.

Theirs is the opinion that counts. The only opinion.

Don’t waste your time stressing about the opinion of people who aren’t special to you. You have more important things to do.
