How long does permanent makeup last?”

This is one of the most common questions I get.

On average, PMU lasts 1–3 years before they naturally fade and need a colour boost.

How long your PMU lasts depends on a number of factors:

• Skin type – oily skin tends to fade faster
• Skin care routine – active ingredients + exfoliation speed up fading
• Sun exposure – UV rays break down pigment over time
• Pre-care & aftercare – crucial for colour retention and shape
• Pigment choice – Inorganic vs. organic formeulas
