Nutrition is King. If you cannot stick to the plan you’re wasting your time and money but also your coaches energy that they could be spending time on athletes who are committed. Stick to the plan no bendy rules!

With only 1 week mobility training the improvements are showing. I’ve 11 weeks of learning left but thanks to I’m confident my posing will be more on point in my second season. With the expertise of starting in January and then the grind from and my dedication I know I’ll be giving my next stage session my absolute best shot🤩👊🏽 what will be will be💪🏾

Due to severe over training last year and poor health I reduced my classes to 8 instead of 12 four of which I don’t actively coach and I reduced my training days to 4 from 5 but increased my steps from 10k to 20k per day. Weekends I now use as stretching and hike days.
I want to get back into training 5 days per week although I’m off from the gym 3 days per week. At my home gym I improvise and target the area that needs a top up💪🏾
All of the self criticism and feedback I’ve had I’ve used as motivation to improve my flaws. The trap I was falling into when over training was being so critical of myself that I fell out of love with training.
The timeout has reminded me why I love and I’m hoping this time round I can enjoy it more due to the knowledge and experience I’ve gained along the way. Later today I have another 10km to do, stretching and posing practice but overall a nice chilled day😁👊🏽
