Join us this Friday at Elephant Rooms for Chair Based Yoga with Mary for a gentle, accessible class designed for every body. 💛

Whether you have reduced mobility, injuries, or simply prefer a slower pace, this session offers supportive movement that helps build strength, flexibility and confidence.

🪑 What you can expect:
• Guided seated stretches
• Gentle mobility work
• Optional supported standing poses
• Breathwork for relaxation
• Mindfulness to finish

✨ Chair Yoga reminds us that yoga truly is for everybody — you don’t need to be flexible, strong, or experienced to begin.

📅 1st & 3rd Friday of every month
🕚 11am–12pm
💷 £8 per person

Wear comfy clothes and bring a bottle of water.

She shares why choosing sustainable household products really does make a difference — for our homes, our habits and our planet. ♻️💛

We’re here until 4pm, with delicious food available to sit in or take out. Pop down, say hello, and support a local maker who’s helping us all make more eco-friendly choices. ♻️

We’ve reached the final day of our crystal journey, and Jo closes the series with two timeless favourites: Clear Quartz for clarity and amplification, and Rose Quartz for love, compassion and gentle heart energy… a perfect pairing to round off these twelve magical days. 🤍💗🔮

Today, introduces the warm, glowing energy of Golden Mica — a crystal that reminds us to soften, steady ourselves and allow our inner light to shine a little brighter. ✨💛

We also want to share with you that we’ll be launching a brand-new product range this Saturday — a beautiful, much-loved brand whose spiritual home is Glastonbury. This is a huge and exciting moment for Elephant Rooms, and we can’t wait for you to see it. 🌙✨

This Sunday, Lucas hosts two fully booked fundraising sessions to support Jamaica following Hurricane Melissa — offering yoga, a sound bath and Ital Jamaican food in exchange for donations.

We truly are surrounded by some of the best people here at Elephant Rooms and we’re endlessly grateful for the hearts within our community! 💛

Please join us in celebrating Lucas and sending love to all those rebuilding in Jamaica. 🇯🇲

Today, Jo introduces the soft, soothing energy of Lepidolite — a beautiful lilac crystal known for easing stress, calming the mind and bringing gentle emotional balance. 💗🔮

As we move into the final few days of our countdown, we want to give a heartfelt thank you to Jo for pouring so much love, wisdom and care into this series. It’s been such a gift to our community. 💛
