We have some INCREDIBLE news… 🤩

We’re delighted to share with you that ElephantRooms has been awarded £60,000 from and their Landfill Communities Fund, to help support the next phase of Upper Down Meadow 🌿

This means our outdoor wellbeing space can become a place we can use, enjoy and come together in — whatever the season by providing a cabin, toilet, open kitchen, shelter and making the site more accessible and safe.

What makes this so special is how we got here.
Since 2023, this land has been shaped by our community — muddy boots, shared ideas, long conversations, and a lot of love for what this space could become.

If you’ve volunteered, supported, shared, or simply believed in this vision — this moment belongs to you too.

A powerful reminder of what’s possible when community leads with heart. And what a way to end the year! 🥰

✨ Winter Solstice Reflections ✨

As we mark the Winter Solstice today, a pause point in the turning of the year, we wanted to take a moment to acknowledge a beautiful Friday evening shared together.

Our team gathered to welcome the festive season with nourishing, home-made soup, cake, and mulled wine, before making our way into the studio where we were held in a truly special sound bath, lovingly led by Mary and Lucas. A moment of stillness, resonance, and deep connection as the light begins its slow return.

We feel endlessly grateful for the wonderful souls who choose Elephant Rooms as a place to share their skills, their wisdom, and their presence, holding space for others with such care, integrity, and heart. You are the quiet magic behind these walls, and we see you 🤍
