My Story

I am a Registered Mental Health Nurse with over 20 years experience in the NHS, a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Reflexologist, Reiki Master Teacher, NLP, EFT & IEMT Therapist and a qualified adult education teacher. My mission is to teach people the skills to better manage their emotional and physical health.

As well as helping clients on a one to one basis I also deliver mental health awareness raining to businesses.
