IS YOUR SKIN UNHAPPY?

When your skin barrier (the outermost layer of your skin) is irritated or damaged, it often shows clear signs. Here are common symptoms to watch for:

1. Redness and Inflammation - Persistent redness, Skin feels hot to the touch, Increased sensitivity.

2. Dryness and Flakiness - Skin feels rough or tight, Visible peeling or flaking.
• Lack of smooth texture

3. Stinging, Burning, or Itching - Discomfort when applying products, Sudden reactivity to products that were previously fine.

-Simplify your skincare routine (gentle cleanser + moisturiser)
- Use barrier-repairing ingredients (ceramides, niacinamide, hyaluronic acid)
- Avoid active ingredients temporarily (like acids or retinoids)
- Moisturise frequently, especially after cleansing.
