Today, we came together to honour and remember the brave men and women who have served and sacrificed for our freedom. 🌺

Residents and staff joined in a moment of silence to pay our respects and reflect on the courage, resilience, and dedication of those who gave so much.

At Rashwood Care Home, we are proud to remember — and to ensure that their legacy lives on in our hearts. ❤️

Happy Bonfire Night.

So far we've had a reminiscence session about Bonfire Night, a Bonfire Night quiz, amazing facts about Bonfire Night game and a talk on the history of Bonfire Night. Some of the residents also made their own Guy Fawkes who proudly sits at reception. We have also had a special Bonfire Night Supper Club💥

We had a terrific time during our German travel and Bavarian Octoberfest afternoon this week. We had German food and drinks. German music, dance and fancy dress. Discussions about Germany. Many residents spoke about their travels there. We had a German quiz, word search and talked about German landmarks. We also spoke in German and learnt some too. It was great fun.😁
