✨ Feeling so inspired and grateful ✨

A huge thank you to the incredibly knowledgeable Dr. Sarah Jane, the creator of the amazing and powerful modality Spinal Energetics. Thanks to her supportive team for their help this week.

The past few days in Munich have been such an incredible learning experience. I’ve come away feeling deeply moved and excited to begin helping others heal from trauma, pain, and imbalance in the body.

As we now know, the body keeps the score — we hold on to old emotions, stories, and even other people’s energy, which can show up as pain or dis-ease. Through Spinal Energetics, we can gently release these stored energies and reconnect with a greater sense of harmony, health, and well-being. 💫

To continue developing my practice, I’ll be opening up a some free sessions at the studio soon. If you’re curious and would like to support my learning journey, I’d love to hear from you! 💛

💥 ATHLETES—let’s talk about something you probably don’t think about enough: fascia.

Fascia is this crazy-cool, spider-web-like connective tissue that weaves through your entire body. It wraps around your muscles, bones, and organs, holding everything together and helping it all move as one strong, coordinated unit.

Think of it like your body’s internal support system—super strong, flexible, and reactive. When your fascia is healthy, your movement is smoother, your range of motion improves, and you recover faster. 🏃‍♂️💪

But here’s the catch: when fascia gets tight or sticky (from dehydration, overtraining, scarring, trauma, poor recovery, or not enough mobility work), it can mess with your performance—causing stiffness, imbalances, or even injury, as it binds you into a fixed position and restricts movement.

That’s why correct hydration, breathwork and aren’t just “extras”—they’re fascia care. And if you want to move better, lift stronger, and stay in the game longer, fascia should definitely be on your radar. 🕸🔥
