A1Supervision :- Awareness through Reflection I am a Consultant Psychotherapist; BACP Senior Accredited Supervisor and an EMDR Europe Accredited Consultant.

Supervision is a shared journey towards growth, through reflection. Supervision or counselling supervision is a negotiated, supportive, mutual journey of discovery and enlightenment. the boundaries are set by a supervision contract, professional ethics and guidelines. It is a learning enabled space, which is accommodating enough to contain the material within.
