So we celebrated International Women's Day on Sunday! 💪🏼

Yesterday was National Napping Day! 😴😴😴😴🎉

Today...... National Meatballs Day!! 😋🍴

So exciting!!!

This can be a 30 minute, 1 hour treatment or why not try the Luxury Foot Renewal which includes soaking of the feet, gentle exfoliation, wrapped in paraffin wax and placed in heated mitts before enjoying a 1 hour treatment of reflexology! 😍

The past few days I've been posting about two/three hour treatments I'm introducing.😊
Giving you some time that's not just a quick treatment that's over before you've really got yourself relaxed.

I don't know about you, but I feel we really need to be giving ourselves time out. Life is so hectic day by day and sometimes the weeks over before we have time to blink!😵‍💫

These treatments may need to be booked in advance due to the amount of time but that's a good thing.... Something planned in the diary. Just. For. You! 💙

👣The Luxury Foot Renewal👣

This is a super relaxing two hour treatment! 💙

Starting with a relaxing foot soak followed by a gentle exfoliation of the skin and brightening up those tired feet.
Next, a paraffin wax is placed on the feet, wrapping them up in heated foot mitts. Whilst the wax is getting to work, you have a choice of an Indian head massage, Arm & Hand massage or a mini Reiki treatment or even just a cuppa!
Next Is the reflexology, again placing more moisture into the feet and legs, whilst you relax and enjoy! A lovely two hour treatment!!

Another great result with Hopi Ear Candle!💙

My lovely client came to me after suffering with her ears for over a year! Has had tonsillitis and has been struggling to clear her ears.
