On Remembrance Sunday, November 9th, 2025, we pause to honour the brave servicemen and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.
They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old:
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning,
We will remember them.

Their legacy lives on in our grateful hearts.

🧘‍♀️ It’s Stress Awareness Week — Let’s Talk About It 🧘‍♂️

We all face stress — at work, at home, in relationships, or just from trying to keep up. But stress doesn’t have to control us. This week is a reminder to pause, reflect, and take action.
What you can do right now:

Take 5 minutes to notice your breath. In… out… repeat.

Go for a walk, stretch, or move your body — even 10 minutes helps.

Write down one thing that’s worrying you, and one small step you can take about it.

Reach out and talk to someone — you don’t have to carry things alone.

💚 World Mental Health Day – 10th October 💚

For this year’s World Mental Health Day, the focus is on the mental health impact of repeated exposure to news coverage of crises and conflicts. Doomscrolling.

The world is going through a difficult time right now, and even if you’re not directly affected by events, it can still feel like a lot to cope with. Remember — it’s okay to ask for help, no matter what you or anyone else is going through.

We may not be able to change everything happening in the world, but we can take steps to protect our own wellbeing and support others.
Taking care of your mental health is always important — especially when the world feels heavy. 💚

🌕 Don't Miss the Blood Moon – September 7, 2025 🌕

On September 7, we’ll get to see a total lunar eclipse lasting nearly 1 hour and 7 minutes. As the Moon passes into Earth’s shadow, it will turn a deep red — what’s often called a Blood Moon. 🌑🔴

The best part? This eclipse will be visible to billions of people around the world — no special equipment or glasses needed. Just look up!

With over an hour of darkness, you’ll have lots of time to watch, enjoy, and take photos. Whether you’re using your phone, a camera, or a telescope, it’s a great chance to capture something special.
