After some consideration we have decided to have monthly meetings instead of weekly. So, the next meet up will be 30th October 2025 at 7pm until 8pm. Come and have a cuppa and a very informal chat. 🤞🏻 we'll look forward to meeting you.

Hello lovely people 😃. In light of the recent announcement of the price increase of mounjaro, I thought it was worth mentioning that the support group is not just for people currently on weight loss medication. We welcome people who have been on it and are now maintaining, people considering starting and people considering stopping. Our first group will be on the 24th September at 7pm. We hope to see you there.
