The Callywhite is still needing the following donations for the Christmas fayre! If you can help please drop the donations off by 30th Nov. Thank you. All the fund raising we do pays for the entertainment and other activities for our residents. So everything helps, thank you.

Today at The Green Dronfield the residents have been colouring us some wonderful pictures to go up around the home ready for Remembrance Day and then this afternoon Ashlin and Gemma started rather a difficult jigsaw but we managed to do quiet well in a few hours, but hopefully with a few more helpers next time we can hopefully complete it. A nice relaxed day 🥰💚

We had a little church service this morning for our boss lady (Andrea) Thank you to Anne, Margaret & John for taking the service for us.

Tonight at The Callywhite a few of our lovely residents went outside to watch the fireworks 🎆🎇😊

At The Callywhite we have put together a fundraising basket which contains handmade Christmas cards, gift tags and earrings. This basket is being kept in the cupboard on the ground floor lounge so please feel free to ask staff to have a look, all money raised from this will go to our residents fund for entertainment and events for our residents. Today at The Green Dronfield we’ve been kept very busy all day making these cake pops 🙈 I didn’t realise how long it would actually take to get them completed though 🤣 but we did get there in the end and Gemma managed to do the last task to make they were ready for the residents to enjoy this tea time. I wanted to do something relevant for Bonfire night that the residents all could enjoy so we made these yummy cake pops to look toffee/chocolate apples 🎂🍭💚

At The Callywhite along with the Christmas Raffle we a running another little fundraiser. We are doing a bonus number where the winning number will win a large Tigger. This is £2 per number and the winning number will be picked out of a bag by one of our lovely residents. Money from this will go towards entertainment and events for our residents 🥰❤️
