I would like to thank you for seeing me at such short notice when my lower denture broke at an awkward angle. I was very grateful to be given an appointment the same day.
The clinician was extremely helpful and professional, and although the repair was initially expected to take about an hour, it understandably took much longer due to the awkward positioning and the care required to get it right. Throughout, there was great perseverance and consideration, along with many apologies for keeping me waiting.
No apologies were necessary, I was more than happy to wait for a good job to be done. I am very pleased with the final result and truly appreciate the time and effort taken.
