Tomorrow is 10 years since my father passed away, I choose to mark this time with a peaceful day to myself.

When it came to showing up as a parent you weren’t there for me, you even disappeared when I was in heartbreak and grieving my mother, this impacted me greatly as if both my parents had died yet one was living and made me question life in many ways from that day on,
I still loved and cared for you when you got in touch with your cancer diagnosis and over the years I reparented myself and I thank you for that.

With love to my family at this time and wishing my brother in law Eduardo the happiest of birthdays.

I will continue to show up each and every day making the most out of life,
I do this for myself as I honour all those I have lost along the way.
