Supporting Children and Young People with Disabilities in Dudley
Dudley Council has revamped its Disability Register to better support children and young people with disabilities and their families. The register is a voluntary and confidential list that helps the council plan and deliver better services, tailored to local needs.

👥 Who Can Register?
Parents, carers, and young people aged 0–18 years who:
Have a disability or additional needs
Live in the Dudley Borough
📝 What You’ll Need to Provide
To complete the registration, you’ll need to share:
Personal details of the child or young person (name, date of birth, address, etc.)
Details of diagnosis or disability – including how it affects daily life
Evidence to support the diagnosis – such as a letter from a health professional or other relevant documentation
