Our drift away therapy will be available this September on Saturdays for a short time then we will introduce it during the week. This therapy is beneficial for aches, pains, anxiety and depression. Stress as it aids deep relaxation, so in turn can help with hight blood pressure. Insomnia (Can help promote a better night's sleep.) Skin conditions. Anti aging. Hair regrowth and so much more. As some of you know we have been closed for business for a while.
We will be opening back up hopefully next month with some amazing opening offers. Please give this status a like so we know you can see our status. Good morning all..
We now offer bereavement and grief counselling. We offer 1 to 1 or small group therapy. As an introductory offer 1 to 1 will be £10 for a 30 minute session. Group therapy will be £6 per person and last approximately an hour.
Sessions are held in a safe, relaxed and comfortable space. As a therapist, who has worked with homeless individuals and individuals who have suffered poor mental as well as worked with addictions and those vulnerable to all form of abuse, I understand the nned for a warm, caring approach where confidentiality it priority. I am a qualified first aider as well as as a qualified mental health first aider. I have a current DBS and nvqs in health and social care plus a level 4 diploma in health and social care.
