New year Ritual x

Towards the end of 2025, I finally found the self-belief I’d been putting off for 3 years since qualifying in Reiki. I was always saying, “I’ll do it next month… next year…”
It was other Reiki practitioners who helped me find that belief in myself, and I’m so grateful for that support.

Sometimes you have to practise what you preach — and I’m not just talking Reiki. I’m always telling customers how important it is to believe in themselves and to focus on self-love… and the last couple of months have really shown me what I can achieve simply by trusting myself.

It’s been an amazing couple of months and I’m genuinely loving it.
