Five years of becoming a consultant 🥳🥳💃🏼I’ve met the most amazing people, grown with people I truly adore and admire, I’ve made friends that are wonderful and inspiring and likeminded 🤗 I have been given the chance to go through the ups and down in this crazy journey of weight loss, whether in tears of sadness or laughter we have got through it together and had a blast doing it, we have built each other up and continued to create life time habits.
Thank you to every single person that’s ever walked through that door. I’m truly grateful and appreciate you all and made memories for a lifetime😘

“BEAT THE TORS”…. MARIE CURIE 13 TORS FUNDRAISING CHALLENGE.
As I approached my 70th birthday it dawned on me that I should do something different to celebrate the event. Something worthwhile.

So, on Sunday October 12th I will be taking on the “Beat The Tors” challenge.

This is a 14 mile trek across Dartmoor, climbing thirteen steep tors and is a challenge way outside my comfort zone. The estimated duration of our trek is seven and a half hours.
Our aim is to raise as much money as possible for the Marie Curie charity.

Marie Curie is here for anyone with an illness they’re likely to die from, and those close to them. All the money raised will help Marie Curie provide vital care and support to people living with a terminal illness, and their families at the toughest time.

£3 helps fund a meal for a patient in one of their hospices.
£26 helps help fund an hour of bereavement support by phone or webchat.
£207 helps fund nine hours of overnight nursing care in a patient's home.

I’m putting in a lot of training for this challenge and am determined to raise funds, to enable them to carry on with their wonderful services. I’d be really grateful if you would donate as much as you can to support our efforts.
