March is favourite month! 🎂

This term at Empower wraps up on the 16th, if you’d like to drop in for the last few weeks, give me a message 😊 details for next term will be shared soon!

Classes at The Pilates Girl and David Lloyd can be booked via their apps, and Hotpod and Vault classes booked on their sites.

As I fully invest in the concept of birthday months, I’ve got a week off towards the end of the month so keep an eye on timetables for any cover!

Pre-booking for all my classes is essential! If you want to save your space, please get on it sooner rather than later 🩷

This is the last month of my current timetable, we will be shaking things up in April! 🥳

We’ve made it through January! 😂

Throughout the month you can find me at all the usual places! Classes at Empower you can book directly with me, all other venues please visit their websites/apps to book on!

I’ll also be back at fortnocksgym covering some yoga whilst the lovely freed.omyogawellness is on her travels!

Also, over the moon to be sharing my first event of the year at The Pilates Girl ! Starting with a reformer sesh with Lauren, I’ll be rounding up your time with a dreamy meditation and crystal bowl sound bath, on the 14th February 💖 there’s only a few spaces left, so if you’d like to show yourself some love with a couple of hours of you-time make sure you secure your space on the app now!

Classes are booking up fast so please make sure you book on asap to save your usual spots, and I can’t wait to see you this month! 💕

It feels incredibly fitting to have gotten these on the Sag New Moon, just before the solstice, but omg! 🥳

I don’t even recognise the person who signed up for the 200hr YTT three years ago. I was broken. That f**k it moment was incredibly uncharacteristic for me, and I never planned on doing it to actually teach anyone.

But I’m so glad I changed my mind!

My classes bring me so much joy, and being able to share this amazing practice with so many of you is just so special.

Also feeling quite sad that this is the first year in a while I’m going into with no training with Anya; if anyone is looking at their YTT then I cannot recommend her enough, thank you so much for your support and guidance ❤️

N E W • C L A S S E S

Beginning 9th January, I’ll be bringing Yin Yoga to the Pilates Girl every Friday and Sunday!

Yin is my absolute favourite style of yoga! For anyone who has never practised it before, Yin Yoga is a slow, grounding practice with longer held poses that gently stretch the connective tissues of the body. It encourages relaxation, flexibility, and mindfulness, helping you unwind and restore balance in both body and mind. We’ll be coupling this with myofascial release techniques and breathwork to really help us drop into a state of rest.

Set up for your weekend and working week ahead in the best way possible, gifting yourself this time to relax!

Mats & blocks are included, please bring a blanket and cushion with you; everything you need to get cosy!
