Sorry I have been MIA this week, we’ve all been hit with some kind of super bug and virus, and have been well and truly struck down! Thankyou to these two lovely ladies who’ve stepped in and looked after my members in groups, and to my hubby who ran group on Friday for me along with my amazing team! ❤️
