11.00 – 12.15 - 1 Spaces
13.15 – 14.30 - 7 Spaces
Thursday 30th October
LEARN TO RIDE -
09.30 – 10.45 – 3 Spaces
11.00 – 12.15 - 1 Spaces
13.15 – 14.30 - 6 Spaces
*Please do not turn up without booking your child a space and receiving confirmation of this.
*Minimum age 4 years
To book on to any of the above sessions and receive a consent link please -

Can you please provide your child’s: Name/Age and the course they require both day and time.

To ensure spaces are not wasted by none attenders, once your slot is confirmed, if none attendance does occur on the day, you will be unable to book another session going forward.

10 October is world mental health day. This years theme is; the mental health impact of repeated exposure to news coverage of crises and conflicts. There is so much going on globally right now that it can feel overwhelming.

Why not join in one of our free outdoor activities in your local park so that you can take a break from the news and connect with nature and your local community.

Physical activity has lots of benefits for our mental health - helping manage stress, build confidence, lift mood, and ease symptoms of anxiety and depression. See link in the comments to find out what's going on near you.

Today we have our Ramblers Wellbeing Walk from Coseley Ramblers 🚶🌳 taking place at Silver Jubilee Activity Centre 1:30 - 2:30pm.

No booking needed, turn up and join in!

Tuesday - Day 2 Ageing Well Festival!
Lots on tomorrow including:
- Canal & River Trust walk 10:30am -12:30pm. Going along the canal starting at Brierley Hill Waterfront (by the bridge on the Wetherspoons side of the marina). No booking required you can just turn up.

Please note the Brierley Hill Canal walk from Harry's Cafe is cancelled tomorrow.
