Hi everyone , how’s your Thursday going ? Half term week has presented a few struggles resulting in the headless chicken approach. I know there are many parents out there that will agree with me and have been there 😅. Thank you to everyone that has been patient this week with a few changes here and there . I really appreciate it . Now more than ever your support and new custom means such a lot to me my business and my family. Morning everyone ,

I need to talk to you about Christmas .

It’s been a very busy year for me with a lot of changes , and even more to come 😊.

My Christmas hours are going to be different this year .
Each year we usually go away either for Christmas or just after .

This year it’s just after Xmas , we go away for a few days on 27th then back the 30th .

I break up on December 23rd , 08:30 start 12:00 finish.
I will be back working on December 31st with availability from 09:00 -19:00.

There will also be availability on Jan 1st from 09:00 till 19:00 .

Please if you can book your own slots online to secure your spaces then please do so .
For those that have mobile just drop me a text and I’ll arrange it .
For the families/ couples that have treatment please book ahead so I can fit you all in.

Evening everyone 👋🏼.
I love it when clients listen and take my aftercare advice on board .

My new client Tom also known as Mr Proshine cleaning services booked in with me for a session .
We discussed Toms daily routine and current restrictions.
After the treatment we discussed homecare advice and additional exercises . I made sure Tom understood the aftercare advice before leaving and left enough time for questions etc.

Lovely to meet you properly Tom , see you for your next appointment and thanks for choosing me
