CAN YOU HELP? We're looking for venues to support us in running our FREE child first aid classes.

These classes allow parents and carers to have the confidence to act in an emergency, and we want to run them in as many towns as possible!

In return we will promote the venue in all of our posts, ask those that attend to support the venue where they can, and offer discounted accredited training for their team.

MENINGITIS - With the rise in recent cases we thought we'd share some signs and symptoms to help you recognise meningitis 👇🏼

- Severe Headaches
- High Fever
- Stiff Neck
- Nausea & Vomiting
- Sensitivity to light
- Unusually cold hands & feet
- Confusion
- Non blanching rash

⚠️ Please note that the rash is a very late warning sign - don't rely on this to indicate meningitis!

If you or a loved one experience these symptoms please seek further medical help.

Thank you to all those that attended our first Free Parents First Aid class! ❤️

Everybody that attended today was amazing and got stuck in, learning those skills that could some day save a life 👏🏼
