We are incredibly proud to share that our Senior Funeral Director, Emma, will be taking part in the Glasgow Kiltwalk this year 👣🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Emma will be walking an incredible 23 miles from Glasgow to Balloch to raise vital funds for The Canmore Trust — a Scotland-based charity dedicated to su***de prevention and supporting those affected by loss.

The Trust works to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and provide compassionate support to individuals, children, and families facing bereavement. They also create safe spaces where people feel able to open up and seek help during some of life’s most difficult moments.

Every step she takes will help make a real difference to those who need it most 💜

If you would like to support Emma on her journey, any donation – big or small – would be greatly appreciated.

Please also help us by sharing this post to spread the word.

Good luck, Emma – we’re all behind you every step of the way! 🙌

Mother’s Day can bring many emotions. For some it’s a day of celebration, and for others it’s a day of remembrance.

Today we’re thinking of all the wonderful mums who are no longer with us but remain forever in our hearts. Their love, guidance and kindness continue to shape our lives every day.

If you’re remembering your mum today, please know you’re not alone. 💐

From all of us at John Kane Funeral Directors , we send our warmest thoughts to every family in our community this Mother’s Day.
