I absolutely love it!

The benefits are amazing and it is gentle and fun to do 😁
I usually do 5-10 mins in the morning right after I do my big 6 lymph flow then I do another 10 mins later in the day. But will also jump on and do 1-2 mins throughout the day if I am feeling tension and need to loosen up.

I honestly can't recommend this enough!! I will be starting to do actual workouts on it, they look great. There are loads on YouTube and also loads of different pages on FB that have info and tips about rebounding.

I really have learned that i had to slow down these past few months and that I need to look after me! While recovering I was very impatient to be back exercising, lifting weights etc but then I realised that all I need is movement!

Movement and lymph work are the way forward..... I am obsessed....in a good way πŸ₯° So I have a new daily routine that feels gentle but I know is doing the job of keeping my lymph moving, my joints and bones healthy, my heart pumping, my legs strong and my mind healthy ❀️
I sit at a desk all day so it is even more important for me to be doing these things. Although I have forgotten to add something to this list.... a bath.....I love a hot bath at night.....especially the winter nights......with some epson salts, some essential oils and my aurora lamp.... perfect end to the day!

I will share it all in detail over the next week or so but highly recommend as I feel great πŸ‘Œ
