Fiona is running in the Manchester Marathon this Sunday 19th April

Suzi is running in the London Marathon next Sunday 26th April.

Both are experienced runners and their structured training plans and regular massage has paid off.

Best I have felt for a long time running! I had to take a few weeks off from running last month due to an injury from a car accident. It really dented my confidence and I was so close to not doing this race today. So glad I did as I loved it!!!! First race since London marathon 2024 😃 here’s to a winter of marathon training for Manchester marathon 2025.
I will be getting myself booked in for a much needed post run massage this week. If your body needs some tlc for whatever reason then get booked in. ❤️

So happy to have completed my massage training with the Western School of Massage and now be working as a tutor for them!
If you are thinking about a career change or as a sideline the school really is the best place to train.

Another year of courses is almost complete…
