Why is movement and performance important to you?

Ash:

“I’m ash a passionate sports therapist and former commonwealth athlete in a sport that came with a whole list injuries that forced me to expand my knowledge of the body for strength, conditioning, rehab and rehab to allow me to not only keep training harder and improve my performance but also massively improve my physical health, movement and mobility for every day life. With years of experience and studying and growing my passion for improving quality of movement and creating healthy capable body’s, I now want to share my combined knowledge and understanding to every one of you that need to know to keep yourself physically healthy and capable for years to come.”

Why movement and performance is important to me?

Conor:

“I’ve struggled with mobility and my performance for a long time. Exercise and movement has always helped my physical, mental and emotional health. However, I got diagnosed with scoliosis after years of pain during my school years. I was having pain killers everyday and struggling with day to day movements let alone participating in specific sports.

After going to physio and then later on becoming qualified as a personal trainer, I started to learn the benefits that daily movement was having for my condition. The more time went on the more knowledgeable I became and the more techniques I tried and implemented into my daily routines. I am now able to not only manage my condition but perform and compete in the sports I love”
