MOOD TRACKING 🧠

Some of my clients are tracking mood levels across the day. We look at the results across the week. This helps to pinpoint if clients are consistently feeling low during the same period each day.

We can then work on strategies to improve mood. This can involve changes in environment, behaviours and choices.

Strategies can include some sort of exercise to help reduce low mood levels.

BARRIERS TO EXERCISE ✋🏋️‍♀️

Just want to highlight the challenges two of my clients faced as they embarked on their health and fitness journeys.

Two very different stages of life. 🌍

1. A young person lacking confidence and facing the pressures of school.

2. A single parent struggling for time and lacking childcare.

Highlighted are the barriers they faced ⬅️

My point….

Regardless of what stage of life you are at or where you see yourself, exercise can be utilised as a powerful tool to enhance your mood and overall wellbeing.

MHEC ANNUAL UPGRADE EVENT 🧠

On Saturday, I attended the annual upgrade event delivered by the .

It’s hard to put into words just how much I am taking away that will not only benefit my own development but the support that my clients will access 👍

Also to the other coaches who shared incredible stories and insights.

It really has given me a lot to think about (in a positive way) and to look at how I am going to shape my business and the services people and families are accessing 🤔

Can’t wait to share with you what I have planned.

A little emotional writing this. Currently at a Mental Health Exercise Coaching Event.

What a two years it’s been. A few people in particular to thank.

Friends and family for always supporting me. Mum and Dad for being my rock.

Ross for introducing me to personal training and just what it can do to help improve mental health.
