JRTraining I am a fully qualified STA First Aid and Aquatic Tutor, Assessor and IQA .

I am qualified to Tutor/Assess/IQA Swimming Teaching, Pool Lifeguard, Aquacise, Baby and Pre-school, Safety Award for Teachers and First Aid Courses. I began my leisure career as a pool lifeguard, first aider and a teacher in swimming, baby and pre-school and aquacise. I enjoyed all aspects of this career and now enjoy passing my knowledge and experience on to others. I have been a self-employed Tutor/Assessor/IQA since 2013 and have my own Approved Training Centre (JRTraining) with the STA (Safety Training Awards). I regularly organise and run the following STA courses:
• STA Award in Pool Lifeguarding at SCQF Level 6STA Level 2 Award in Safety Award for Teachers
• STA Level 2 Award For Pool Emergency Responder
• STA Award in Teaching Swimming at SCQF Level 6
• STA Certificate in Teaching Swimming at SCQF Level 6
• STA Award in Aquatic Teaching – Baby and Pre-School Swimming at SCQF Level 6
• STA Award in Emergency First Aid at Work at SCQF Level 6
• STA Award in First Aid at Work at SCQF Level 6
• STA Level 2 Award in Basic Life Support and Safe Use of an Automated External Defibrillator
• STA Level 2 Award in Basic Life Support and Management of Anaphylaxis
• STA Award in Emergency Paediatric First Aid at SCQF Level 6
• STA Award in Paediatric First Aid at SCQF Level 6

We are running a teachers course in the Easter Holidays, and need children to come in and be taught by the learner teachers.

We are specifically looking for -
🔵Children aged 4+ who are still in armbands.
🔵Children who can swim a small distance without armbands.
🔵 Children who can swim, and are confident in the deep end of the pool
🔵 Adult and children Improvers who can swim lengths of the pool.

Lessons are approx 1 hour long and are all FREE!
