What an action packed fun indulgent weekend. Every minute of it was filled with friendship, birthday celebrations, fantastic spa, bagging a Munro, lots of silly party games, delicious food, runs, swims in the pool, loch and river, saunas all with lots of love and laughs. What an action packed weekend we’ve had in the highlands. Freedom, determination, fun, being with people who inspire + happy to be personally challenged and reap the rewards = Rosie. What an inspiration. Being connected in nature is so important for her. Thankfully this long bank holiday weekend keeps on giving. Today was her 4th surf lesson with 🌊🏄‍♀️ thanks Alison and team, you are all amazing. Rosie is loving her lessons with you.

My goodness you wouldn’t think we have had a warm dry summer, the water coming straight of the Munros where the three rivers meet, made us think of skin tingling winter water

What a way surreal way to spend our Saturday evening! And what an awesome group of inspiring friends to walk the 26.2 miles with.

When I agreed to take part in the Edinburgh Moonwalk, I was busy thinking about all of the people we are fundraising for, loved ones who have been effected by Breast Cancer and those brave enough to wear pink sparkly bras in public!! What I didn’t think about was the length of the walk (a whole long marathon) and walking all the way through our night.

Giving up our regular sleep time for such a fun filled fundraising event was worth every step and every blister. We managed to keep moral high and with the selfless offerings of tea, biscuits & bananas by a lovely mum and daughter as we passed their home. Peppermint tea and hot chocolate along Portobello promenade at 4am and all of the wonderful support crew throughout the route, they each and everyone gave us the emotional lifts we needed to keep us going through any low points.

Whatever each of us experienced during this wonderful event we have all come away feeling physically and mentally stronger, more connected to each other and knowing what ever challenges we take on in life, we have support to help us through. My advice to you is … you have it, make sure you’re getting out there and living it. Who knows what our future has in store for us.

My Story ......

I am Caroline Phifer. I was brought up in the lake district and moved to the area 18 years ago. I have fallen in love with North Wales, got married and have two beautiful daughters.

I have had the pleasure of working in the beauty industry for over 16 years. I take great pride in offering the latest technologies with scientifically proven products and treatments to create healthy skin. I use world renown brands including Environ - pharmaceutical grade home care products and in Salon Treatments, Advanced Nutrition Programme - Skin Specific Supplements, Jane Iredale - Skin Care Make Up, SkinPen - Micro Needling and Dermalux, multi award winning LED therapy.

I work in a bespoke 1:1 way, consulting with you and understanding your skin allows me to tailor make the most effective programme to create beautiful healthy skin. I believe our skin is as individual as we are and should be treated that way. If you have any skin concerns or would like advice on caring for your skin, please get in touch.
