I hope you have all had an amazing time.

I'm back to work tomorrow after a lovely couple of days relaxing. We have had such a peaceful Christmas 🎄

Hello everyone 🎄🎄

Well I hope you are all doing OK. I've been at home all day waiting on a delivery. 🚚 Hoping it's on its way.

Thank you to those who kindly offered to move there slots. This is my third attempt to recieve the delivery. All very frustrating.

Anyhow.. it's the season of goodwill and peace on earth, so I'm just keeping calm 😂

I have one more day to work tomorrow then I'm off for Christmas day and boxing day, back to work on Saturday.

I have one space for a lucky person on 29th @ 9am

Very excited to say I have enrolled in my teaching qualification, which will enable me to open my own training school/courses or work for a training organisation. The course will take me roughly a year.

This qualification will enable me to teach all of my existing treatments.

I have been working in the Health & Wellbeing industry for almost 13 years and have gained alot of experiences that I would love to pass onto other students. I have previous experiences in training and development from my background in Banking and have always really enjoyed bringing a relaxed environment were trainees can feel comfortable to get the best out of the courses.

I'm looking forward to 2026 and all that this opportunity will bring to my business at Massages4u.

Massage has always been very natural and instinctive for me. I've been told for years I have 'Magic Hands'.. it is my love for helping others that drives me each and every day. ❤️

Being cared for is a truly magical experience and brings a feeling of warmth and well being. At a time when most people feel drained and over whelmed with Christmas. To actually just be and slow down is a total reset. I can't think of a better gift. I decided this year to only take two days off so I will be working over the Christmas and new year period to help as many of you as possible to reset and start looking after yourself.

My vouchers are available for pick up at Winterfield Golf Club Dunbar in the Professional golf shop.

It's cash payment or you can contact me and do a bank transfer to my business account before pick up.

All vouchers are £60 which is one hour treatment. If you would like an online voucher it can be for any amount

On her 80th birthday she has just gone and learned how to walk again.. Best news ever! 6 months of mobility loss.. And she's done it.

I'm soo proud of her..

No simmer frame, just someone there to make sure she's OK. Less than six weeks ago she couldn't even move her foot and had clots on her lungs. Thank you 🙏

My beautiful house is now on the market. It's such a wonderful family home.. But just too big for me now that Maia has moved out. I'm delighted to say, I've got another stunning place live with gorgeous views and much smaller ❤️

Its not too far away either from east Lothian, another 12 mins from my old house. And located perfectly for Edinburgh train link and to the wonderful borders. Great schools and beaches too!

Cozy cozy.. With help from my wee helper Albie yesterday my tree is up, he did such a great job. I love seeing everyone's trees 🌲🎄🎅

This is my mums 80th birthday today.. She's doing soo much better and I took advantage of a wee trip home on Sunday and back on Sunday eve.. It was soo worth it to have a few hours with mum & dad. ❤️❤️

We've been fighting off a wee cold too but with a good night's sleep I'm doing much better, I think by the look of Tesco meds most folk have something just now.
