Are you interested in joining our practice team? We are searching for a part-time receptionist (3 - 3.5 days per week).

You will primarily work in our Dunblane practice though occasional travel to our Callander practice may be required at times.

Your role will include managing reception duties such as booking appointments, dealing with patient queries and ensuring our patients experience outstanding service.

Previous experience of working in an optometry practice would be an advantage, but is not essential. You will receive full training and will benefit from a friendly and supportive team.

Congratulations to our optometrist Claire Beattie who recently passed her NESGAT training.

NESGAT is a programme of accredited education and training in glaucoma management, delivered by NES Optometry.

Funded by the Scottish Government, this qualification allows independent prescribing optometrists in Scotland to manage discharged patients in the community.

Fiona and Claire now both hold this qualification and we look forward to the new Community Glaucoma Service rolling out in the near future.

We are proud of the hard work that our optometrists have put into gaining further clinical skills and qualifications.

DUNBLANE PRACTICE CELEBRATING 5TH ANNIVERSARY!

Today our Dunblane practice marks 5 years since opening. 🥳

We opened our second practice in Dunblane 5 years ago in October 2020. Despite COVID restrictions, we quickly established ourselves on the High Street with the support of the Dunblane Community.

We are proud of our entire team (who remain unchanged from day 1 except a couple of additions as we’ve grown!). With their hard work, we have developed a great reputation for our high quality products and service.

Our next milestone is celebrating 15 years in Callander next June. 😮
