What is Reiki? 🤍
Reiki is a gentle, calming energy healing practice that supports your body, mind and emotions to relax, rebalance and reset. It’s a quiet, nurturing treatment where you simply lie down (fully clothed) and allow yourself to receive.
Reiki works with your natural energy system, helping to release what feels heavy, stuck or out of balance, and inviting a sense of ease back in. There’s no pressure to “do” anything — this is time just for you.

Everyone’s Reiki experience is different, but people often describe:
• Deep relaxation and a sense of calm
