Today’s collective energy pulled the Death card—yes, it can feel heavy. But this isn’t an ending without a beginning. Right now, we’re in transition. There’s confusion, waiting, questions about our role…like we’re in the darkest part before the dawn. But out of this shadow, new beginnings are forming. Communities are coming together, and there’s a chance to realign, to choose what we want to carry forward. Transformation is messy—but necessary.

Sharing my thoughts on Skin Drench Fake Tan 🤎

Honestly such an amazing low-tox tan — it scores 98/100 on the Yuka app, smells lovely (no biscuit smell 🙌), goes on streak-free and fades off really naturally.

It’s £32 including the mitt, and I 💯 recommend. I’ve got sensitive skin and had zero reaction.

What a journey it’s been. From first meeting in Australia for a night out…how times have changed, to deep chats in circle, intuition unfolding, and bonding over our shared path from nursing into low-tox, natural ways of living — it’s been such a privilege to witness your growth.

Dundee is truly so lucky to have so many wonderful souls doing such meaningful, heart-led work, and you are absolutely one of them. I can’t wait to see where this next chapter takes you.

This room hasn’t been decorated since we moved in.
We came back with just suitcases and had to start again from scratch.
I’ve wanted to create a proper healing space for so long, but my health and finances haven’t always allowed it.
So this feels like a really meaningful step.
Slow progress is still progress.
