GP Practices throughout Tayside are committed to providing patients with the highest quality care. They participate in a number of Protected Learning Time (PLT) sessions throughout the year which allows them to provide access to training for the whole practice team.

Most GP Practices throughout Tayside will be closed for routine appointments between 1-6pm on Wednesday 26 November to take part in PLT sessions.
Please be assured, access to urgent care for patients will continue throughout this time.

During those hours on Wednesday 26 November, GP practices will continue to be contactable by phone to access urgent care which cannot wait until the practice reopens the following morning or to make any future appointments or medication requests.

GP surgeries will resume their usual working hours again on Thursday 27 November.

If you require URGENT medical advice during this time, a member of the Reception Team will take your details and pass them on to the Out of Hours Service. The practice will re-open as normal on Thursday 27th November. In the event of an emergency, please call 999.

In line with many practices in Tayside we are closed for Protected Learning Time on the date above.
That afternoon we will be operating an urgent care service only. The surgery is closed for all routine care between 1pm and 6pm.
If you have an issue that cannot wait until the surgery re-opens on Thursday the 4th of September please call the surgery on 01382 221976.
A member of our team will take your details and refer you to the Out Of Hours service for urgent care.
