NHS Tayside – Domestic Services Department
We’re looking for Domestic Supervisors to help us deliver the highest standards of cleanliness across our healthcare environments in Dundee.
As a Domestic Supervisor, you will play a key role in the day to day organisation of Domestic Assistants, ensuring cleaning services meet national standards, including the NHS Scotland National Cleaning Services Specification.
🧽 What We’re Looking For:
You must have the ability to:
• Work effectively as part of a team and independently (including lone working)
• Communicate clearly with strong verbal and written skills
• Demonstrate excellent customer service experience
• Stay calm and constructive under pressure
• Use IT confidently and support staff with online training
• Understand Health & Safety and Infection Control requirements
• Follow instructions and work methodically
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality
• Adapt, learn, and lead with confidence and approachability
• Complete mandatory online and face-to-face training
🚗 Flexibility Across NHS Tayside
All Domestic Supervisors must be able to work across various NHS Tayside sites and travel as required.
