New Morning Class on the Schedule!
Yinyasa • Thursdays 7:00am • with Evy

Yinyasa is a 60-minute practice combining the slow, passive style of Yin yoga with the dynamic, active flow of Vinyasa. Class begins with the cooling practice of Yin, targeting connective tissue through deep-stretching poses held for 3-5 minutes.

Halfway through class, we’ll transition into a heat-building, vinyasa flow, linking breath to movement.

This class is open to all levels.

ABOUT THE COURSE ⤵️⁠

We devised this foundation course for anyone looking for a thorough introduction to Pilates, or as a refresher to return to regular practice.⁠

This course will progressively explore Pilates movement principles by taking you through all of the pre-Pilates exercises and the Basic 10 Pilates Mat exercises.⁠

Madira is passionate about helping students build up their strength and mobility gradually, ensuring each movement flows into the next. You’ll experience the joy of progressive movement and increased range of motion with each class, making it accessible and safe for beginners.⁠ ⁠

Through this journey, you will grow your strength and movement vocabulary so that you can participate in more advanced classes confidently.⁠

In this small-group setting, students will receive individual attention and have plenty of opportunities to ask questions and examine many aspects of the Pilates method.⁠

At the end of the course, our intention is that you will have enough understanding and familiarity with basic Pilates exercises to feel prepared to join more advanced Pilates classes. You will leave having experienced the strengthening, stabilising, and balancing benefits of the Pilates method on your body, mind and spirit. ⁠

This course is not appropriate for students with injuries or osteoporosis⁠

In this accessible and supportive course, you’ll be guided through the fundamentals of a balanced yoga practice, paced for complete beginners and delivered with depth and clarity.

Each class will explore the foundational elements, origin and traditions of Vinyasa Yoga and put into practice what you have learned by guiding you through a flow sequence, building on your knowledge each week.

This course is suitable for everyone, including those returning from a break or injury, or those wanting to gain deeper knowledge outside of a regular class. All are welcome and Jessica is happy to discuss your individual requirements prior to the series beginning.⁠

Nourish Flow is returning, with Skye as your instructor, starting September 16th!

Breathwork : Dynamic Flow : Deep Rest

Nourish flow blends together the yin and yang of life, giving you the space and time to move energy through flowing movements and deeply surrender through longer held poses.

Using breathwork to clear our channel and centre our awareness before opening up the body through dynamic and flowing postures and then letting go into longer held yin postures before a sound bath savasana.

The intention of this class is to nourish: to take care of: to tend to.
Bringing together both the yin and yang of practice into a therapeutic 75 minute class.

Rise & Flow is a hot yoga class designed to help you wake up and warm up.
