Our Post Natal Classes are returning to Functional Fitness Dundee β€” and we couldn’t be more excited! πŸ™Œ

Led by our women’s health specialist Coach Tanya, these sessions are designed to help mums safely rebuild strength, restore confidence, and feel amazing again after pregnancy πŸ’ͺ (with baby welcome to come along too πŸ‘Ά).

πŸ‘‰ We’re now looking for new mums to register their interest for our next block, starting the week of 25th August.

πŸ“’ We are maxing out at 8 new mums per block. Spaces will go fast.

At the moment, we are back two days a week, Tuesday & Thursday, 11am-12. We will start with these slots, and once full we will look to add more days!

-You must be at least 6 weeks post natural birth/12 weeks post c-section⁣

-Received the go ahead to exercise from your GP⁣

-You can bring your little one however they must stay in your socially distanced box with you whilst you exercise,⁣ either in buggy or in a travel cot

-Both classes are part of your membership. At this moment in time, we aren’t able to offer a once per week option⁣
