First Psychology Dundee First Psychology Centre, Dundee offers a range of therapy and coaching options: cognitive behaviour

A counselling and psychology centre offering counselling, CBT, couples counselling, family therapy and coaching to individuals, couples and families. We can help clients of all ages including children and young people. All practitioners are fully qualified and highly experienced in the therapy and coaching services they offer. Daytime and evening appointments available as well as telephone and online consultations. Our bookings offices is open as follows:

Monday to Thursday
9.15 am - 5.00 pm

Friday
10 am - 5.00 pm

If you're thinking of training to be a counsellor, it can be hard to decide which course to do. Our professional Diploma in Integrative Counselling and Psychological Therapy is unique as it draws on the expertise of First Psychology's practitioners and our pluralistic ethos. We're currently accepting applications for the course starting in autumn 2026.

Caroline is an integrative counsellor/psychotherapist who has a particular interest in supporting trauma-experienced children and adults. She aims to create a positive and supportive therapy space where people can feel safe to express themselves.
