Last month, our youth mentoring group The Klub had a session from Danielle at Dundee Women's Aid raising awareness about Gender-based violence. Thank you Danielle for a great session!

The 16 Days of Activism is a global campaign that runs every year from November 25th to December 10th, aiming to challenge violence against women and girls, promote gender equality, and inspire communities to take action. It’s so important to have these conversations with young people and help them understand how they can make a positive difference in their own communities. 🌍✨

This week we said farewell and wished a happy retirement to Maggie, one of our fantastic counsellors who has been a dedicated member of the TCA team for a long time 💐

A massive thank you to Farrah from Fast Forward for coming in to deliver an issue-based session on gambling for our youth mentoring group, The Klub. 🎲💬

The session was packed with insight, honest conversation, and practical ways for young people to spot risks and stay safe. Farrah’s energy and knowledge made the topic super engaging - our group got so much out of it.

A huge thank-you to everyone who joined us for mentor training earlier last month - your energy, compassion, and willingness to support young people in our community means the world to us. We’re absolutely buzzing to have you on board! 💛

💙 Huge thanks to Dundee City Council for hosting four brilliant Wellbeing Fayres last month - and to everyone who stopped by for a chat!

TCA Dundee staff were on hand offering advice around alcohol and drug awareness, sharing tips on staying safe, and raising awareness of the support we provide across the city.
