After moving to Dundee for a fresh start, I quickly felt at home and began working in the care industry whilst training in complementary therapies and volunteering. I discovered a passion for youth work and now work with a charity supporting young people with learning barriers. Though I work full-time, I've started this business to offer accessible treatments.

My goal is to provide treatments that are simple and comfortable for both the client and therapist. My background in care work has taught me to be supportive and mindful of physical and mental barriers, and I bring this approach to my practice. I prioritize creating a safe and welcoming environment where clients feel heard.

Currently, I offer Indian head massages, a favorite treatment of mine, which is easy to set up without heavy equipment. As my business grows, I plan to add more services, starting with hot stone massages.

While there's a spiritual aspect to this practice, I respect personal beliefs and won't bring it up unless you're interested. My main focus is helping you relax and relieve stress. 🙏
